How does Little Gallery work?

Choose your product, follow the instructions to submit your child's artwork, and provide any personalisation details requested. We'll prepare the artwork for your chosen keepsake and arrange production and delivery.

What artwork can I include?

You can submit drawings, paintings and other flat artwork suitable for photographing or scanning. Please follow the upload instructions for your chosen product.

Do I need to scan every picture?

Not necessarily. Clear photographs can work well. Take photos in good, even lighting, keep the camera parallel to the artwork, and avoid shadows, glare and filters.

Can I include my child's name?

Personalisation options depend on the product. If a product offers a name or age field, please check the spelling and details carefully before submitting your order.

What happens to my child's artwork and photos?

Your files are used to prepare and fulfil your order. We do not publish your child's artwork or identifying details for marketing without appropriate permission. Please read our Privacy Policy for details about storage and deletion. On product delivery, the files are deleted.

How long will my order take?

Production and delivery times depend on the product and destination. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for the current estimates before ordering.

Can I change my order after purchasing?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Can I return a personalised book?

We do not offer change-of-mind returns on personalised products. However, your rights under New Zealand consumer law still apply if a product is faulty, damaged or otherwise fails to meet the required guarantees. See our Returns & Refunds page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We'll investigate and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
