Shipping & Delivery

Each Little Gallery book and wall art piece is made especially for your family. Because your order involves preparing artwork and producing a personalised keepsake, please allow time for both the creation and delivery of your order.

How long will my order take?

Our estimated production time is 7 days from the point at which we have received everything needed to complete your order.

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery within New Zealand generally takes 3-5 days.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur due to production or courier issues.

If you are ordering for a birthday, Christmas or another special occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the product, destination and parcel size. Rural delivery or other delivery services may affect the final delivery timeframe.

Little Gallery currently ships within New Zealand.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
