Returns & Refunds

At Little Gallery, every personalised artwork book is created using the artwork and details supplied by you. Because each order is made specifically for your family, please check your selections and personalisation details carefully before completing your purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer returns or refunds simply because you change your mind about a personalised product, select the wrong option or provide incorrect personalisation details.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or any other applicable consumer law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

Your order number.

A brief description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where relevant.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Errors in supplied artwork or personalisation

Please take care when uploading artwork and entering names or other details.

If an issue results from incorrect information supplied by you, we may not be able to replace the product free of charge. Please contact us so we can discuss the available options.

This does not limit your rights where Little Gallery has failed to meet its obligations under consumer law.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production. If we can accommodate a request, any applicable costs or refund arrangements will depend on the stage of production and the circumstances.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
