Welcome to Little Gallery. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. About Little Gallery

Little Gallery is a New Zealand business creating personalised keepsakes from children's artwork.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Gallery. “You” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order or using our website.

2. Placing an order

Please check your product selection, format, personalisation details, delivery address and order total before completing checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. If you identify an error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once production has begun.

An order is subject to acceptance and payment confirmation.

3. Artwork supplied by customers

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide the photographs, scans and artwork submitted for your order.

By submitting files, you confirm that you are authorised to provide them to Little Gallery for the purpose of creating your product.

You retain ownership of your original artwork and any rights you hold in it. You grant Little Gallery permission to use the supplied files only as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce and fulfil your order, including sharing relevant files with production providers.

We will not use your child's artwork or identifying details for public marketing without appropriate permission.

4. Artwork quality and reproduction

The quality of the final reproduction depends partly on the quality of the images supplied.

Clear, well-lit photographs or scans generally produce better results than blurry, dark, distorted or low-resolution images. We may not be able to reproduce every detail exactly as it appears in the original artwork.

Printed colours may differ slightly from colours displayed on a phone or computer screen due to differences in screens, lighting, printing processes and materials.

Where an image is unsuitable for the intended product, we may contact you to discuss the available options.

5. Personalised products

Personalised products are created using the information and artwork provided by you.

Please check names, dates and other details carefully before submitting your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be completed using an available payment method before your order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

7. Production and delivery

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

We will take reasonable steps to fulfil orders within the stated timeframes and communicate significant delays where appropriate.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Our obligations and your rights regarding lost, delayed, damaged or faulty goods are subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because our products are personalised, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been placed.

This does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Little Gallery name, branding, website text, design elements and original website materials belong to Little Gallery or their respective rights holders.

You may not copy or reuse our branding or website materials for commercial purposes without permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your original artwork to Little Gallery.

10. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems or upload files that you do not have the right to provide.

We may update website content, products or pricing as our business develops.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
